OAS Pastoral Care Team

Our Pastoral Care Team is an important part of our mission in helping the less fortunate individuals of Fannin County. They have been through a training process and are able to meet with a resident on an as-needed basis for biblical counseling. When residents come in, many of them request to speak with a pastor.

Meet Pastor John McCullough!

An invaluable member of our support team at Open Arms Shelter.

Pastor John has been in the ministry for over 53 years. He and his wife, Cyndi live in Fannin County where he continues his ministry. In addition to the Shelter John is active as a supply preacher with the Fannin Baptist Association. He also serves with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention as a Trustee for Texas
